"Welcome to my beautiful, busy world. I was born to create!
I moved to my farm in 1993. This peaceful setting has allowed me to write and make my art. Whatever is going on in my own life serves as inspiration for my creativity, from my very first book--Healing Your Life: Recovery from Domestic Abuse--to my current focus on fiction with the Midwestern landscape and life style as part of the story.
Ten of my books are now available as e-books from amazon.com, smashwords.com, the Sony e-book store, Barnes and Noble e-book store, the itunes store, Kobo, and Diesel, to name a few. My artwork can be seen on the popular site etsy where I have two shops: www.swallownest.etsy.com and www.catknack.etsy.com. During the summer, I open a gallery in the hayloft of the barn (which celebrated its centennial in 2012). Currently these books are available for your enjoyment:
